		<description>Colleen: Chicken, I'm reasonably sure. They're popular snacks, as are pigs' feet (which apparently are popular in Arkansas too).  

A.: Yeah, they do. ALl of my students know what a vegetarian IS, although they think either these people are crazy or that they at least eat chicken. You might have a hard time in a formal dining situation, but hanging out with me and Chris is no problem. I can definitely find tasty veggie dishes. Does that mean you're coming? And yes, I really ate a slug the size of a healthy polish sausage. And it was GOOD!</description>
