It's not necessarily a girly parts yogurt, but for people who eat a bunch of food and then feel bad (like Thanksgiving). It is a cure for the effects of gorging yourself or eating foods you know make you feel bad. I think it's irresponsible, or at least seemed that way from the way the commercial framed its purpose.
